A matched pair of gleaming gold-colored PM Craftsman bookends in the shape of leaping sailfish or marlins with waves at their bases.
The heavy pair of marlin bookends are cast from a gray metal and then coated with a gold color finish. They have deep casting with good contrast. They have old brown felts on the bases and no visible hallmarks.
MEASUREMENTS
5 ¼” (13.3 cm) long x 2 ¾” (7.0 cm) deep x 8 ¼” (21.0 cm) tall. Weighs 5 lbs 5.7 oz (2430 g)
CONDITION
There are no cracks, dents, or breaks. The patina is in very good condition with just minor scuff marks and wear. The felts show wear.
A great pair of heavy bookends to be used and admired. They have a very Art Deco look and will fit many different decors.
