A heavy and well modeled bronze clad bookend of a great Dane that will hold up even your heavy books. The great Dane has the look of a bronze sculpture with deep detail. There is an old green felt on the base.
The bookend has no maker’s marks or labels.
MEASUREMENTS
7 7/8” (20 cm) long x 3 ½” (8.9 cm) wide x 4 ½” (11.4 cm) tall. Weighs 2 lbs 15.8 oz (1355g)
CONDITION
The bookend has no breaks, cracks, chips or dents. The bronze finish has a nice warm brown patina with very little wear. The felt is worn.
A great bookend of a great dog that will be useful in the library.
