A colorful hand-stitched work of fabric art by the native Kuna Yala people of Panama. I love the bird family design.
The piece was crafted by sewing colorful strips of fabric onto a backing. The piece was framed in a red wood frame and has a cardboard back. It was given as a gift in 2010 and has the handwritten note on the back.

Framed 21 ¾” (55.2 cm) x 16 ½” (41.9 cm)
Mola only – 10” (25.4 cm) x 16” (40.6 cm)
Weighs 4 lbs 5 oz (1950 g)
CONDITION
There are no rips or tears. The rectangle doesn't quite fit the mat and so a small gap shows at the top of the mola. Other than a few light scratches to the bottom, the frame is in excellent condition.
